We should be thankful that God sent His only Son to earth to free us from original sin. We can be thankful for belonging to the Church which has kept the Word and constantly practice the liturgy. As Americans, we can be thankful for living in a land where we can worship in a manner we wish. Family, health, friends and many other things we take for granted are among the many other things to be thankful for. Oh yeah, we are thankful for having an excellent priest, who continually prepares us to understand the gospel.
